TERMS AND CONDITIONS DIZZY DAISY HOSTEL
- 1. Check-in at the hostel is possible with a valid passport or identity card. If the guest refuses to present the document, the hostel staff has the right to refuse check-in without refunding the cost of the first night's stay.
- 2. Minors must present a valid ID (school ID, health booklet) and if traveling alone - without a legal guardian - must have a Parental/Legal Guardian Consent for staying at the Dizzy Daisy Hostel.
- 3. If it is not possible to verify the identity and/or lack of legal consent for the stay at Hostel Atlantis, the staff has the right to refuse the reservation (cost-free cancellation for every night beyond the first night).
- 4. Minors with a reservation in a multi-person room must change their reservation (with an appropriate surcharge).
- 5. Guests are fully responsible for any damage or destruction of hostel property caused by them. If charges are incurred due to property damage, we reserve the right to charge the guest's payment card provided at check-in.
- 6. The hostel day starts at 2:00 PM and ends at 10:00 AM the next day. There is a possibility to leave luggage in the hostel's luggage room (before check-in/after check-out).
- 7. Extending the stay must be requested no later than the day before the departure date. If not checked out by 10:00 AM, additional charges will apply.
- 8. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a 200 PLN charge and the hostel staff calling security.
- 9. Smoking, consuming alcoholic beverages, and other intoxicants are prohibited throughout the hostel. Violation of this ban will result in a 500 PLN fine and eviction from the premises. An exception to the ban on consuming alcoholic beverages is the garden area, where smoking cigarettes and e-cigarettes is also permitted. The Garden is open from to 10:00 PM.
- 10. Bringing animals onto the premises is prohibited.
- 11. The hostel is equipped with a fire alarm system. Triggering a false alarm due to non-compliance with hostel rules will result in a fine of 5,000 to 20,000 PLN.
- 12. Keys must be left at the reception each time you leave the hostel. A lost key will incur a 60 PLN charge.
- 13. The hostel is not responsible for valuables left unattended. After check-out, found items are kept for two weeks and then disposed of.
- 14. The hostel staff has the right to refuse check-in to anyone under the influence of intoxicants, aggressive, or who has previously violated hostel rules.
- 15. In case of gross violation of the rules or inappropriate behavior, the manager or receptionist may order the person to leave the hostel; if the person does not comply, they may call the police and/or security to remove the individual. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
- 16. Guests may use kitchen items available in common areas such as pots, plates, cutlery, cups, etc. It is forbidden to take these items outside the kitchen, dining room, or common room.
- 17. Only registered guests are allowed in the rooms.
- 18. All complaints are considered only based on a receipt/VAT invoice.
- 19. In all matters not covered by the rules but concerning the operation of the hostel (such as maintaining order, protecting property, observing cultural norms), guests are required to follow the instructions of the receptionist or manager.
